Froso Kasini was born and raised in Limassol, Cyprus. She studied Management Studies with a specialisation in Marketing Communications at the University of Leicester and later completed a postgraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations at De Montfort University.

Following four years at Leo Burnett Cyprus, she established Social et al. in 2014, focusing on digital communication, content strategy and social media management. Since then, she has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including cultural institutions, festivals, hospitality brands and organisations across Cyprus.

Passionate about storytelling and audience engagement, she joined the Lemesos International Documentary Festival in 2026, where she is responsible for the festival's digital communication and social media presence.
